HOAKSER- PREGRAFFALITES... "way back when" THE PAINT MAID..limited edition, signed and numbered..

This is the second in a line of prints from my "graffiti vs art"... vandalizing of old paintings..This one is titled "way back when".

I like these pieces, and will be making more soon, because of how graffiti is perceived and not really accepted by most as an artform..I try to blend in my influences of graff, as if the masters had been doing it for ages...There is as much skill in dropping a nice tag as there is at attempting calligraphy..

I have been doing these for a while now, painting ontop of old framed prints etc,(see the pre-graffalites section on my website)..Not too long ago I had my first solo exhibition which I called "Graffiti vs Art"..Some of these prints were created for that reason and others I had already painted and sold the originals of..There are more to choose from, The MONA HOAKSER, WHISTLERS BAD MOTHER, check my store for more..

PLEASE NOTE, these images are copywritten by "HOAKSER".. I have purposefully not taken front on views of the artwork to stop people being able to save a decent version of it.. Unfortunately that affects your viewing too as a buyer, but you get the idea... there is a video taken from my 1st solo exhibition where you can catch a glimpse of these prints...

I created this image digitally, using a graphics package..Some of my other prints available are of hanpainted alterations ontop of framed originals. I'm not sure of what this painting used to be called...She used to be just pouring milk, now she's filling cans in a vandalized room...( if anyone has any info please share) 

I have a about ten different ones in the collection so far to release, with more on the way..so keep checking back..

In order to make these more affordable and postable they are printed on thick card, and will arrive, framed in perspex clip frames and wrapped in plastic wrapping.. They measure 28cm x 35cm (11" x 14") Each one will be signed and numbered by HOAKSER too!

If you would like these bigger, printed on canvas etc that might be possible, prices and sizes can vary.. something I'm working on.email me if you do...
